All Sales Are Final.
At Resolve, every piece is made intentionally — chosen carefully, produced with purpose. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds of any kind once an order has been placed.
We ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase — including product details, sizing, and color. Size guides are available on each product page to help you make the right choice.
What this means for you:

— No exchanges for different sizes or colors
— No refunds after purchase
— All shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at tandersontsa09@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been marked delivered by the carrier, Resolve is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
